The GStirrup® is intended only for medical use by medical personnel in an office setting. Instructions should be followed closely. FRONTIER MEDICAL INNOVATIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USE OR ATTACHMENT OF THE GSTIRRUP®TO ANYTHING OTHER THAN MEDICAL EXAM TABLES WITH OR WITHOUT HYDRAULIC LIFTS AND WITH PATIENT FOOT RESTS ALLOWING FOR PATIENT POSITIONING IN THE LITHOTOMY POSITION. The straps should always be securely fastened around the boot and another around the patient’s calf to improve patient safety. The practitioner’s own clinical judgment should be used to determine which procedures and which patients are appropriate for the GStirrup®. Care should be taken in individuals with risks associated with deep vein thrombosis, decubitus ulcer, neuropathy, or other medical conditions that could make prolonged office procedures dangerous to the patient.
